The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is designed for workers who are interested in developing specific skills in training and assessment. It is a nationally recognised course, and is used by all industries as the benchmark for workplace training and assessment.
Delivery time: face to face 20 days and project work (not including elective)
Nominal hours: 235 (not including elective)

Elective (1)
You can choose the remaining unit from any relevant Certificate III or IV qualification. Your pathway will be discussed at your pre-course interview.
Introduction to Computers
This training is nationally accredited, and covers the following units of competency:
- Getting started with computers
- Creating basic documents using word
- Basic formatting of documents
- Creating tables
- Accessing and searching for information on the Internet
- Sending and receiving emails
- Sending attachments (documents, pictures etc) by email
