Charity calls for help to finish homes at Wyndham Vale this Saturday
Habitat for Humanity, a charity that helps build housing for low income and homeless people, has asked unions to help with the finalisation of 2 homes in the Wyndham Vale, region this Saturday, 20th March.
All volunteers are welcome.
Building starts this Saturday from 8:30am.

CFMEU-Backed Basketballers Crowned National Champs
Victoria Metro took out the 2010 Ivor Burge National Basketball Championship held in Gawler, South Australia February 20-27. This made it a hatrick of titles for the team, following success in 2008 and 2009.
This year the CFMEU helped the boys get kitted out and the union logo was seen on the winners podium.
Congratulations to all the players and their support team, including coach, CFMEU member Garry Barker.
CFMEU Helps Build Opposition to NT Intervention
The CFMEU is backing the Alyawarr community in protest at the Northern Territory intervention.
Throughout February CFMEU members have been labouring with locals under the desert sun to construct a community centre.
